Broadband:
Well, as you all know, or probably read in my last update, I was switching providers on the 8th of January. Well, that went... Okay, I'd say at the best. AOL still haven't relinquished control of the line, however, and have charged us for another month of internet with them, while we're now using Sky.

Others than that, our internet is actually a bit better than it was with AOL, and the sooner AOL cuts themselves off from us, the sooner we'll get even faster internet speeds to this house. (Possible to get double, by the looks of it).

Broadband seems fine now, after a lengthy phone call with both Sky and AOL.

TV:

Our TV service is top notch! It's now running at full potential, and I've found things on show that I never thought I would see! Stuff I watch on Youtube, like English commentated Starcraft and Warcraft, are available every so often, in HD, on my "Rush HD" channel. So, I'm really happy!

I've also began to watch awesome movies in HD too! Bring in Star Trek, Star Wars, Hancock and even AvP: Requiem and Quantum of Solace, and I have an awesome set of moives to watch, at MY leisure. Never miss a movie, I can record it if I'm gonna be out, or in bed. Watch when I get back, when I wake up, or even when I feel like it.

There's even the Nature channels in HD. Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo History... Gawd, I can go on, it's so awesome. I just love watching things to do with Lions or Dogs in HD. It's as if I'm chasing them myself, or watching them, or I'm even with Cesar Milan as he trains problematic dogs on TV.

It's so awesome, three paragraphs aren't enough, but will have to do.

Contact:

I got my phone sorted, and thus I now have a new mobile number. I have a "contract" per se with Tesco, albeit a PAYG tariff. It's not bad though. You pay £10 top up, you get £10 extra free (total £20). Pay £15 you'll get £30 extra (total £45). If you pay £20 top up, you'll get £40 extra (total £60). So, all in all, it is rewarding. If you have had my number in the past, and don't yet have it now, please message me and I'll text you via my phone, IF I have you on it.

Otherwise, you'll have to prove that you've had me on your phone in the past. :3

Independence:

I've now started to do my own shopping for my required stuff. Food, hygiene and health. I won't say it's hard, but I definitely WON'T say it is easy. I also require to cook and eat the food I make, lol. The eating may be hard, as I experiment a lot.

I'm starting to wonder if the curry I made last night is contributing to my misbehaving stomach now, or whether it's the Spaghetti Meatballs I had today causing it. I believe it was the curry. Those meatballs shouldn't get through me that fast and cause severe abdominal movements o.0

I have taken to now watch over how things go in the house too. I actively clean up, especially when my dad doesn't expect it. It makes me laugh when I randomly start cleaning, and he thinks I did something wrong! Lol! He's crazy stupid at times, but he's my dad. I have to give him that stupid side once in a while. :3 (That's where I got my crazy stupid side too... LOL!)

Games:

Got three new games the other day, by one of my friends. Don't know WHO, the message just from "From a friend." when I got confirmation e-mails of my address. o.0

In any case, they were as follows;
Halo 2 (PC)
Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath
Super Mario Sunshine

I also got a Microsoft Wired Xbox 360 Controller too, so, that kinda helps a lot as well, considering my Wireless one is acting up. (Left Button no longer clicking).

So, I've started playing Halo 2 (PC) and Super Mario Sunshine already, but not CnC3: KW. Why? Cos I can't get on the PC that will play KW well, and I wanted to try out the other two games anyway.

Super Mario Sunshine is pissing me off thus far. Everything I die, it's the sound of some evil laughing, only, I don't find the death funny in anyway. (Hidden Worlds). Then, dying so many times, giving the sinister GAME OVER laughter... That pisses me off. Only got Shine Sprites 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 now.
1 = Delfino Isle Airstrip
3 = Petey Piranha P1
4 = Secret of Hillside Cave
5 = Secret of Hillside Cave (RC)
6 = Red Coins of Windmill Village
7 = Petey Piranha P2

All are in Bianco Hills, of course.

That's how far I am just now. Slowly progressing through when it ain't killing me.

Then their is Halo 2 (PC). I'm only through level 1 and just past where Johnson enters the Pelican, in "Sniper Alley". Oh, I'm not pissed or anything, I'm just fed up with laughing at the stupidly funny deaths resulting from a Heroic Snipe to the head. xD! (Heroic being the difficulty level). I progress through when I feel like it. It took me a while to do Cairo Station, so yes.

Oh, for Halo 2 (PC), I use the Wired 360 Controller. I prefer that to the mouse (when using this computer at least, the mouse is hard to control).

Books:

Finished reading Halo: Fall of Reach for the third time, and now currently on Halo: The Flood. It's an awesome book series, and I do recommend either buying or borrowing from the library. Fall of Reach is basically about the events leading up to, and beyond, the Fall of Reach, and to the point where Captain Keyes and the Pillar of Autumn slip-space jump to Alpha-Halo. It details the SPARTAN II project and MJOLNIR. Halo: The Flood is just about the events of Halo: Combat Evolved. Only, more involved.

If you're not one for playing that games, or even Xbox consoles, it's wise to pick these books up if you're interested in more of the backstory.

System:

All in all, I have had a few surprises and a few irritations in the last week. AOL stealing money from me. Sky giving me great service. Getting "secret santa" from frineds... Starting healthy eating and living style. Reading old books that I've loved from the get-go. Getting my phone re-set-up for communication.

Also speaking to those who matter most to me in my life. I will mention by name, rather than icon. They'll know who they are.
Veronika, Diana, Monique, Myra, Patrick and Jena.
Yer all awesome. I especially love the first four, as they are the most awesome sisters in the world. I only wish that each one of them WAS my actualy family, and not precisely internet based. ._.

By the sound of it, your nature channels must be awesome! I have a crappy TV with crappy channels... HD must be very good... Don't care much about stuff like Star Wars, though. xD

Super Mario Sunshine?! Is that a new game? It's name is weird. O.o

And you had a "Secret Santa"... Mysterious...

Looks like things are going well anyway. :3
